The partition of wallets were done around the same time.

Prior to April 7, key issues within the smart contract were discovered. However, only a small group of people, including a top stakeholders and their friends were notified. The initial heavy dumps took place around this time.

Several hours (8+ hours) prior to the announcement of the smart contract bug…. this (100 rekt).
